What is the standard turn-around time?

Our standard turn-around for most instruments is five (5) business days after receipt of your instrument. Some specialty instruments may take longer.

Do you offer expedited calibration service?

We can provide two-day expedited service on most instruments after receipt in the lab. Expedite requests are on a first come, first served basis and is dependent on the lab and the discipline. Some calibrations cannot be expedited due to the nature of the instrument.

How do I ship my instrument to you?

As part of our service, shipping is included with your prepaid calibration service order. We have partnered with UPS® to provide convenient shipping to the Dwyer Calibration Services Lab. A shipping label along with instructions will be automatically sent to the email address you provide upon completion of online payment and checkout. You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS®. All packages can also be taken to any location of The UPS Store®, a UPS® Customer Center, or any UPS® Authorized Shipping Outlet.

What if my instrument cannot be calibrated?

If your instrument cannot be calibrated due to an instrument failure, you will be notified to determine how you would like to proceed. All calibration service requests are subject to a minimum evaluation fee of $35 per unit. (Pricing subject to change without notice.) The fee is automatically waived if a warranty issue is verified. A number of different options may be available including: repair or we can provide a quote for a replacement instrument.

What is Dwyer's warranty policy?

Dwyer's warranty is limited to repair or replacement at factory’s discretion, as noted in our published Terms & Conditions of Sale in our catalogs and on our website. If a warranty issue is verified upon receipt, our evaluation fee will automatically be waived and our factory will rectify or replace the item at no charge.

How do I track the progress of my calibration service order?

The fastest and easiest method to track the progress of your calibration service order is to visit the Dwyer website and login to your My Dwyer account and click on "My Orders" to check the progress of your calibration service order. An account was automatically created for you, if you did not have one previously.
Forgot your password, or used guest checkout? No problem! Go to the My Dywer account login page to quickly reset the password by providing the original email that was used when you placed the order.

How do I reprint the UPS shipping label?

Login to your My Dwyer account and click on "My Orders". You will see a button to either resend the label via email, or send it to your printer for immediate printing.
